Attached: the Daily Record editorial supporting retirees. This, in addition to the January 23, 2024 Daily Record article by Jack Hogan (‘They’re basically robbing us’: State retirees mount push against Md.’s plans to shift Rx coverage in 2025), 15 members of the publication’s advisory board published a February 1, 2024 Editorial saying “State retirees deserve drug benefit.” The TDR Advisory Board is composed of members of the legal profession who serve voluntarily and are independent of The Daily Record. Signers of this editorial are: James B. Astrachan, Chair, along with James K. Archibald, Gary E. Bair, Andre M. Davis, Eric Easton, Arthur F. Fergenson, Nancy Forster, Susan Francis. Leigh Goodmark, Julie C. Janofsky, Ericka N. King, Susan F. Martielli, Angela W. Russell, Debra G. Schubert, and H. Mark Stichel. (two of these are retired judges.)

We’re all in this together.
