Prescription Drug benefits Webinar through VIA Benefits.
MSP retirees that are 65 and older are urged to sign up for the webinar that will be held THIS WEEK. You can still SIGN UP for this informational seminar about the new prescription drug plans. If you are a STATE RETIREE and residing outside of Maryland, you should sign up for the webinar or a telephone conference.
If you are not familiar with computer conferences and don’t have a family member or neighbor that can assist you….then certainly call the number below and schedule your conference call. There still may be a $750 debit card that can assist the retirees that are out of state. But, it’s up to you to make the call.
Here is the number… You can call Via Benefits at 1-855-556-4419 to schedule an appointment. They operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You may also visit their website to create a profile, set up an appointment, and even enroll after October 1, 2024.
We have received updated information from the State of Maryland Department of Budget & Management regarding our 2025 prescription drug plan options. We need to act upon this information immediately and not take this for granted.
Please click the DBM link below to start the process of scheduling your interview with the assigned state contractor VIA benefits. These appointments can be online as early as September 23, 2024 or in person during the month of October 2024. Be reminded that this is your advanced opportunity to get ahead of the masses of state retirees that will be using the same format. The contractor will also provide you with the information regarding your “out of pocket “ debit card.
