On July 4, 2023; VICTOR GREGORY DECESARE SR. passed away. He is the beloved father of Victor DeCesare, Jr. and his wife Leslie DeCesare, and Rebecca DeCesare; devoted grandfather of Victor DeCesare III, Leighann DeCesare, and Tyler DeCesare; dear brother of Susan M. Muth, Diane Winters, Sr. Nancy DeCesare, Kim Thomas, Rene Farrell, Cathy Eller, Bernadette DeCesare, and Michael DeCesare.
Victor was a retired MD State Trooper who went on to work for the Howard County Sheriff Dept. after his retirement.
SERVICES
Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 13 from 3-6PM with a service at 5:30PM at the STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Maryland State Troopers Association, 1300 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208.
