It is with great sadness to inform you of the death of retired Sergeant Donald C. Welker who passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at the age of 58.
Retired Sergeant Welker served the Maryland State Police from 01-26-86 to 2-1-2010, when he retired with 24 years of service.
