We regret to announce the recent passing of Peggy Ann Spicer, 80, on September 2, 2026. She was the beloved wife of retired Captain James Spicer of Parkton, MD.

OBITUARY
Peggy Ann Spicer, 80, of Parkton, MD, passed September 02, 2026, at her home. She was the beloved wife of Harry “Jim” Spicer.
Peggy was born February 07, 1946, to the late James and Ann Livezey. In addition to her husband, Peggy is survived by her children, Danny Lee Kyle and his wife Stacy Kyle; stepchildren Sherri Lynn Kirkwood and her husband Richard Kirkwood; grandchildren, Danny Lee Kyle, Jr. and Jacob Zebulon Kyle; step-grandchildren Brandon Kirkwood, Jimmy Kirkwood and Aaron Kirkwood; siblings, Larry Livezey. Peggy was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Kyle and her brother, James Livezey.
SERVICES
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Peggy’s life at the family-owned Evans Life Celebration Home located at 16924 York Road, Monkton, 21111 on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A service will be held at 7:30PM.
