WELCOME BACK!!!

On Sunday, June 12, 2022, The Maryland Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) will be hosting the 21st annual C.O.P.S. Ride. This is a police-escorted motorcycle ride from various locations across Maryland with the Rally Point returning to the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 89, at 2905 Old Largo Road, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20772. At the site, riders will receive an event tee-shirt and meal. The food will be provided by our good friends at Mission BBQ. DJ Chris will provide the music. There will be door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and a slow ride competition. All types of motorcycles are welcome. Many of our friends drive their cars to the event. Riders, passengers and guests who participate in the event and donate a minimum of $35.00 will receive an event tee-shirt, a meal and the opportunity to receive some great door prizes.

Over the past 20 years, through sponsor contributions and rider donations, we have raised more than 1.8 million dollars for the Maryland Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors. These funds have been used to support many programs and services for survivors, to include; survivor seminars, scholarships, peer support, counseling programs, trial and parole support, death benefit information and other assistance programs. The monies raised at the C.O.P.S. RIDE this year is more important than ever to the families of our Fallen Heroes. The Maryland Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors is a 501(c) 3 organization.

Please join us and accept our personal thanks for helping the survivors and children of Law Enforcement Officers killed in the “Line of Duty”. If you have any questions, contact Percy Alston at 240-508-9142, or Ride Chair, Josh Feldman 240-284-3112 / joshbfeld@gmail.com.

Again, we thank you for your support of this very important and worthwhile cause.

Gratefully,

The COPS Ride Committee
